From junction 3 of the M4 take the A312 The Parkway towards Hounslow (3rd Exit). At the first roundabout take the first exit onto Bath Road A4 and continue across one roundabout. Follow signs for A3006 and then Lampton Road A3005. The Continental Hotel and Gold’s Gym are situated on the right hand side.
